    • Full Appraisal for a House or Condo (URAR Form 1004 or 1073) -- Starting $350
    • Exterior Inspection of a House or Condo -- (Form 2055 or 1075)--Starting at $295
    • Units:  Duplex, Triplex or Quadruplex -- (Form 1025 including Operation Income Statement and Rental Survey)--Starting at $450

    No Hidden Costs

    All fees will be quoted and agreed upon before the assignment begins.  In other words, no surprises.  Fees are dependent on the complexity and scope of the appraisal.
